Shipping & Returns

When you place an order with KindHive for an in-stock item, you can expect your purchase to be dispatched within 48 hours or 2 business days. We don’t want you to wait too long to receive our amazing products!

Shipping Costs

Shipping is done through UPS and USPS and you can view pricing options on the shopping cart page when you enter your zip code.

Free shipping applies to all orders over $100 in the continental U.S.

Delivery Times

If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know in your order comments.

We always aim to deliver our products to you within a set period of time, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the date of delivery. Our team will let you know if there are any foreseeable delays with any date requests.

KindHive will not (to the extent permitted by law) be liable for any expenses, charges, damages, costs, liabilities or losses that may incur as a result of late delivery.

In the case that we cannot deliver to a specific location, we will contact you to arrange delivery to an alternative address, or you may cancel the order.

Damages

Once your product has been delivered, please open it with care so as not to cause any damage! If your order has arrived damaged, we will do our best to remedy the situation.

-Cocoboo LIfe will not be responsible for unsuccessful delivery where the customer has supplied incorrect or invalid contact details.

HAVEN’T RECEIVED YOUR ORDER YET? DON’T PANIC

You can track your order with the tracking link sent to you via email. If you notice any delay, we kindly ask that you remain patient and report your concern to us if it has been more than 10 business days since you placed your order.

PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT

Cocoboo Life will not be held responsible for any lost parcels, but we want to ensure to the best of our ability that you receive your order. If you believe your package has been lost, please review your tracking information and contact the postal carrier to request an investigation.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

If your package is returned to us due to being “uncollected”, we will contact you, and you may request a refund for the product(s) only, but not for the shipping. If you wish, your order can be shipped again, and you will receive an invoice for the shipping fees.

Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
