When you place an order with Kind Hive for an in-stock item, you can expect your purchase to be dispatched within 48 hours or 2 business days. We don’t want you to wait too long to receive our amazing products!
Shipping Costs
Shipping is done through UPS or USPS at a flat rate of $6.95 per order within the continental US. Free shipping applies to all orders over $100.
Delivery Times
All orders are shipped within 1 business day.
If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know in your order comments. We always aim to deliver our products to you within a set period of time, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the date of delivery. Our team will let you know if there are any foreseeable delays with any date requests.
Kind Hive will not (to the extent permitted by law) be liable for any expenses, charges, damages, costs, liabilities or losses that may incur as a result of late delivery.
In the case that we cannot deliver to a specific location, we will contact you to arrange delivery to an alternative address, or you may cancel the order.
Damages
Once your product has been delivered, please open it with care so as not to cause any damage! If your order has arrived damaged, we will do our best to remedy the situation. Email hello @ kindhive.co with details on damages, please include pictures for faster response times.
Return Policy
Our refund and returns policy is 90 days. Returns must be requested within 90 days of date of purchase, after 90 days not refunds will be offered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please email hello @ kindhive.co and we will provide additional instruction. The cost to return the item will not be covered by Kind Hive.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the item cost. No taxes or shipping costs will be refunded. Your refund will be processed within 1 business day of us receiving your item. The time it takes for the credit to be applied to your card is up to the card issuer.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace sale items if they are defective or damaged.
